Supports technical marketing for NXP’s IoT Hybrid Work segment, focusing on semiconductor products, market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, go-to-market planning, customer insights, and technical content. The role collaborates with product, engineering, sales, FAE, customer, and ecosystem partner teams to support product positioning, design-ins, reference solutions, and enablement materials. It is designed for recent graduates with technical curiosity, analytical skills, communication ability, and foundational knowledge of embedded and connectivity technologies.

Administer and improve Workday Learning, including data, configurations, courses, programs, campaigns, content, access, reporting, and governance. Partner with HRIS and stakeholders to optimize workflows, resolve issues, support integrations and testing, and improve learner experience. Develop Excel, Power BI, and Workday reports; maintain SharePoint documentation; support learning programs, communications, help desk inquiries, projects, vendor coordination, and change adoption.

Own end-to-end physical design for advanced SoCs, from RTL through GDSII and silicon delivery. Lead floorplanning, synthesis, place and route, CTS, routing, timing, power, physical verification, and signoff while meeting PPA targets. Drive methodology, automation, advanced-node implementation, team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, EDA vendor engagement, post-silicon bring-up, yield improvement, and production ramp activities.
