Execute production and non-production deployments using Helm, ArgoCD, and Rancher. Monitor post-deploy system behavior, troubleshoot issues, maintain Helm charts, contribute runbooks, automate repetitive release tasks, and participate in off-hours release windows. Build platform knowledge to inform deployment decisions and work closely with Release Coordination.

Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients integrating Nymbus Connect data services. Advise on architecture and data integration patterns (Kafka streaming and Parquet exports), investigate and resolve data anomalies, map data to client systems, run technical working sessions, and document recommended solutions to ensure scalable, maintainable integrations.

The Fraud Analyst monitors transactions for suspicious activity, uses fraud detection tools, documents findings, communicates with clients, and supports the Risk & Compliance team.

Provide front-line support for consumer and business banking customers via inbound calls, secure messages, chats and other digital channels. Resolve account servicing, onboarding reviews, access/password resets, basic ACH/wire inquiries, and transaction research while following KYC/CIP and BSA/AML guidelines. Use multiple systems to troubleshoot, document interactions, escalate complex issues, meet SLAs, and participate in testing, coaching, and ongoing training. Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Perform end-to-end data migrations for banks and credit unions: analyze donor systems, define requirements, map and transform data with SQL, validate conversions, reconcile results, resolve data issues, and build reusable automation and AI-assisted tools to improve migration speed and accuracy while supporting multiple client engagements.

Lead full-funnel acquisition for launch brands: architect GTM and demand strategies, execute paid/owned/earned media, run performance marketing (CAC/ROAS/LTV), build measurement infrastructure, use AI for research and optimization, and advise clients at the executive level to drive net new member and customer growth.

Hands-on technical architect who designs, implements, and hardens foundational platform components for AI-first fintech squads. Owns system design through production, defines integration/API/data patterns, testing and observability standards, security and tenant isolation, and provides architectural signoff while committing production code and collaborating across Builders and Shippers.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for macOS/Windows and cloud SaaS, manage onboarding/offboarding and IAM (SSO/MFA), administer MDM, document and resolve ITSM tickets, maintain assets/licenses, and drive automation and AI-based process improvements.
