Leads a client’s migration from SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS to Snowflake and Sigma while maintaining legacy reporting operations. Designs data models, ETL pipelines, reports, dashboards, source-to-target mappings, and migration plans; validates reporting parity and coordinates phased cutovers. The role also provides client-facing technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, peer reviews, and ongoing support for banking data and reporting systems.

Build and maintain production client websites by converting Figma designs into components and pages with AI-assisted coding tools. Review and fix generated code, manage Git workflows, CMS content models, deployments, and AWS infrastructure. Own release standards, site maintenance, accessibility, performance, metadata, redirects, analytics, and tracking integrations. Collaborate with designers, engineers, clients, and creative leads while ensuring live sites meet approved visual, technical, and user-experience standards.

Owns a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 3 financial-services technology accounts, managing renewals, retention, expansion, implementation transitions, executive relationships, business reviews, account health, escalations, and churn prevention. The role is accountable for net revenue retention, early renewal capture, signed expansion revenue, and successful client graduation from launch to steady-state service.
