Uses AI and LLM tools to prototype automated solutions for credit analysis and document research. Acts as a client-facing domain expert, codifies workflow knowledge, and translates client feedback into product enhancements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Leads a DevOps engineering team while designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security controls, infrastructure as code, containerized microservices, and disaster recovery processes. The role focuses on improving developer efficiency, system reliability, scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in on-call support.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.
