Partners with legal clients in leveraged finance and restructuring to map complex workflows involving credit agreements, debt structures, and covenants. Uses AI and LLM tools to prototype automated solutions for credit analysis and document research. Acts as a client-facing domain expert, codifies workflow knowledge, and translates client feedback into product enhancements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Leads a DevOps engineering team while designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security controls, infrastructure as code, containerized microservices, and disaster recovery processes. The role focuses on improving developer efficiency, system reliability, scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in on-call support.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.
