Leads new product introduction and industrialization of complex mechanical and opto-mechanical assemblies. Develops, validates, and optimizes scalable manufacturing processes, tooling, fixturing, automation, and material flow for high-volume production. Build scalable sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, improve interviewing and recruiting processes, manage candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, evolve recruiting systems and reporting, and oversee external recruiting partners. The role focuses on closing specialized technical talent and building scalable hiring infrastructure during a high-growth period.

Create analog layouts for RX/TX lane macros and support lane-level integration. Responsibilities include floor planning, routing, clock distribution, power grids, device matching, parasitic and noise reduction, physical verification, EM/IR analysis, tape-outs, design library management, and FinFET macro integration using Cadence and verification tools.
