Lead and scale the regional pre-sales organization for conversational AI/CCaaS, managing Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers, driving technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, ensuring high-quality demos, architectures, RFP responses, and smooth handovers to delivery while aligning Sales, Product, and Delivery.

Senior individual contributor responsible for driving new-logo ARR and expansion across North American Premier accounts. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, build and forecast pipeline, develop territory plans, lead proposals/RFPs/demos, qualify technical feasibility, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and transition contracts to implementation while maintaining executive relationships and competitive intelligence.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise contact-centre AI deals: perform discovery and architecture assessments, design solutions, run demos and POCs, author RFP/RFI technical responses, engage technical stakeholders, and ensure delivery readiness and competitive positioning across assigned region.
