Lead and grow Omni’s North American Solutions Engineering team. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, resource planning, technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, playbook development, performance tracking, and executive customer engagement. The manager will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering while remaining hands-on in strategic technical evaluations. Candidates need business intelligence or analytics presales experience, people-management experience, strong SQL and modern data stack familiarity, and excellent communication skills.

Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer responsible for supporting enterprise sales through technical expertise, customer discovery, and proof-of-concept development using the Omni analytics platform.
