Leads medium to large business process optimization projects, conducting process analysis, gap assessments, modeling, simulation, and metric development. Advises stakeholders on process improvements, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methods; facilitates workshops and training; manages BPMN documentation, requirements, testing, and deployment; and communicates recommendations and performance insights to leadership.

Leads the development, implementation, and growth of customer affordability and energy assistance programs across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Builds community and stakeholder partnerships, develops customer outreach and education initiatives, promotes natural gas adoption, presents program strategies, hosts events, monitors performance, and supports competitive threat mitigation. May train team members and lead projects or functional teams.
