Administer the company’s SaaS, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security platforms. Manage access, SSO, MFA, SCIM, audit logging, vendor security, user lifecycle, device policies, and automation using scripts and APIs. Respond to security incidents, maintain compliance controls and runbooks, provide tier 1–2 IT support, manage hardware and assets, and document internal procedures. The role requires broad systems ownership across AWS, Google Workspace, Rippling, and numerous business applications.

Supports radiology providers through inbound and outbound calls, answers workflow and platform questions, troubleshoots issues, documents interactions accurately, and escalates system or workflow concerns. The role collaborates with internal teams, participates in training and quality reviews, and delivers timely, professional, service-focused provider support.

Manage strategic customer accounts through onboarding, implementation, data feed configuration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ongoing success initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point, analyze performance data, advocate for customer needs, improve processes, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive measurable outcomes.
