Manage, maintain, and support network and security devices (routers, switches, NGFWs, VPNs, IDS/IPS) across IT and OT environments. Serve as escalation SME, collaborate with IT and InfoSec on secure solution design, incident response, IAM, and security roadmaps. Mentor junior staff and implement process improvements while supporting wireless technologies and regulatory/security frameworks (NIST, ISO).

Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise time-series data historian platforms. Monitor system health, manage data ingestion and interfaces, configure tags/compression/retention, troubleshoot gaps and latency, perform upgrades/backups, enforce data governance and security, support users and teams, and recommend performance and automation improvements.

Lead a Measurement Business Process Optimization team to identify, prioritize and implement process and technology improvements (FLOWCAL, TESTit, ProveIT). Manage projects, change control, requirements, testing, training, and stakeholder communications. Coach staff, collaborate with Measurement and IT, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver optimized, controlled solutions across the organization.
