Lead predictive modeling and causal inference initiatives for clients, developing models from exploratory analysis through production deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Apply GLMs, econometric methods, uplift modeling, propensity methods, and deep-learning forecasting. Process large-scale data with SQL and Spark, build models in Python, improve production reliability, and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders in a consulting environment.

Lead client-facing data and AI delivery teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Create roadmaps, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and communications; mentor other Project Managers; collaborate with technical leads and clients; support scoping, estimation, and business development. Ensure quality, guide stakeholder alignment, and drive successful outcomes across multiple simultaneous engagements.

Design, build, and deploy ML models across diverse use cases; work with managed cloud ML platforms and containerized solutions; collaborate with engineers on production integration and MLOps best practices; preprocess and analyze large datasets; mentor teammates and influence technical direction; translate complex ML concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
