Leads financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and analytics for the Mortgage Originations business. Partners with senior leaders, Data Science & Analytics, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, and the CFO to support strategy, transactions, shareholder relations, and financial systems enhancements. Oversees a finance data warehouse launch, develops reporting metrics, manages policies, drives automation, and leads and develops the finance team.

Provides customer-facing commercial loan servicing support, including delinquency outreach, borrower inquiries, covenant and property surveillance, document collection, account maintenance, and issue resolution. Reviews loan documents and servicing records, monitors tax and insurance requirements, processes routine transactions, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex or significant matters. The role requires high-volume call handling, attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and coordination with internal teams.

Oversee commercial real estate loan servicing teams, including asset and portfolio managers. Manage escalated investor and borrower issues, contract compliance, reporting accuracy, servicing systems, team staffing, training, performance, audits, and investor presentations. Partner with internal business units on system enhancements, reports, policies, and servicing requirements while ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and company procedures.
