ONR, Inc. (Orthopaedic and Neurological Rehabilitation, Inc.) was founded in 1988 by Jill Capela, a Speech Language Pathologist with entrepreneurial foresight. She recognized a need in the market and set out to create a company of rehabilitation professionals dedicated to enhancing patients'​ quality of life through a progressive therapeutic approach. From its formation at Jill's kitchen table and starting with one facility in Northern California, ONR today provides contract rehabilitation services to over 200 customers in a ten state region.
