Provide front-line technical support and onboarding for Ontic's SaaS platform: manage help-desk tickets, resolve client issues, liaise with product and development, create support documentation, report on support metrics, update knowledge portal, and proactively engage clients to ensure exceptional post-sale experiences.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and ELT pipelines in Snowflake; architect reusable data assets, governance, and SaaS metrics; build AI-enabled data foundations and LLM workflows; integrate analytics into operational tools and partner cross-functionally to productionize AI-driven use cases.

Own Product Operations within Revenue Operations, aligning Product, GTM, and revenue teams through shared systems, processes, reporting, and operating cadences. Manage product usage analytics, data governance, roadmap ROI measurement, revenue targets, field-feedback prioritization, and client commitment tracking. Administer Pendo and coordinate tool, data, and workflow alignment across Salesforce, JIRA, and GTM systems. Build scalable processes from scratch and provide strategic insights to Product and company leadership.

Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for Fortune 500 clients, driving onboarding, product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
