Ophelia Benefits Overview

Facilitates prospective patients’ enrollment in telehealth-based opioid use disorder treatment. Responsibilities include empathetic, trauma-informed outreach; cold calling and follow-ups; responding to referrals; triaging prospective patients; re-engaging individuals who lose contact; and using enrollment metrics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. The role is fully remote, technology-driven, and requires Tuesday–Saturday availability from 12 PM–8 PM ET.

Support clinical operations by managing patient panel transitions and clinician scheduling, monitor and maintain dashboards and Google Sheets trackers, triage routine clinician requests one day per week, maintain SOPs and credentialing paperwork, and partner with data/engineering on analytics and dashboard improvements.

The IT Systems Engineer III will improve Ophelia's IT systems through integration, automation, and security while managing IT projects, overseeing service providers, and ensuring compliance.
