Supports strategic finance for a multi-state healthcare startup, including monthly close, financial reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, ROI modeling, annual planning, forecasting, and board and lender deliverables. Partners with Operations, Technology, Marketing, People, and department leaders to explain financial performance, identify issues, and support company decision-making.

Support clinical operations by managing patient panel transitions and clinician scheduling, monitor and maintain dashboards and Google Sheets trackers, triage routine clinician requests one day per week, maintain SOPs and credentialing paperwork, and partner with data/engineering on analytics and dashboard improvements.

The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, work cross-functionally to develop and implement digital products, and ensure a user-centered experience for opioid use disorder treatment.
