Investigate unusual transactional activity for AML/BSA and fraud, conduct CDD/EDD and OFAC screenings, research internal and external sources, prepare required reports and dispositions, review ACH and web/telephone transactions, screen Section 314(a) watchlists, and escalate issues as warranted.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop strategic roadmaps for application architecture, manage SaaS ecosystems, and build secure integrations and automations.

Lead the Customer & Application team, manage engineers, coordinate development efforts, drive Agile processes, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
