Lead Orca's PR programs across the US and Europe: manage agency relationships, media relations, research amplification, executive thought leadership, spokesperson preparation, PR measurement, and coordinate PR support for product launches, funding, and industry events while collaborating cross-functionally.

Plan, develop, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure with FedRAMP compliance. Build CI/CD pipelines, self-healing systems, R&D environments, and observability. Operate GovCloud/FedRAMP authorized systems, respond to incidents, and use IaC, container orchestration, monitoring, and scripting to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Act as the technical lead for strategic customers, driving adoption, deployments, architecture reviews, and executive engagements. Remove technical blockers, align cloud security strategy, partner with CSM and Sales on expansions, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap.
