Coordinates clinic administration and patient communication, including check-in, check-out, scheduling, payments, insurance and schedule verification, and concern resolution. The role supports daily administrative workflows, collaborates with internal teams through Slack and email, and helps deliver accessible physical therapy care. It requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, confidentiality, multitasking, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment. The standard schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional later shifts.

Own and optimize patient lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and CRM channels. Design segmentation, personalization, nurture, retention, reactivation, and subscription engagement programs in Iterable. Launch campaigns, maintain journey logic, conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and report on lifecycle KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, Experience, and Growth teams to improve patient engagement, care adherence, conversion, retention, renewal, and lifetime value while meeting clinical and compliance requirements.
