Manage and coach associate recruiters and network specialists to execute local provider recruitment strategies. Balance personal recruiting with team coaching, lead negotiations and lead generation, ensure accurate recruitment data and compliance reporting, act as super user for network development tools, and maintain high-value provider relationships. Remote, field-based role with frequent travel.

The Sales Executive will drive sales by identifying and qualifying leads, educate prospects on ICHRA, and set up meetings for enrollment.
