Participate in a rotational sales training program across inside sales, field sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, and manufacturing. Support order entry, customer calls, sales coordination, machine configuration, customer information management, regional sales analysis, forecasting, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 50–70% travel to build customer relationships.

Administer, configure, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments, including architecture, security, performance tuning, integrations, upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management. Manage incidents and changes using ITIL, ensure high availability and disaster recovery, troubleshoot complex issues, lead CNC projects, collaborate with infrastructure and database teams, and mentor team members. The role requires 24/7 operational support, including occasional night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The Business Development Manager will drive demand for Liftpod products, develop relationships, organize demos, and implement sales strategies in North America.
