Customer-facing pre-sales Solutions Architect partnering with Account Executives to design and present cloud, colocation, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Responsibilities include technical discovery, architecture design, documentation, scopes of work, customer presentations, technical advisory, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation. The role supports enterprise sales cycles, renewals, multiple Account Executives, and quota objectives while maintaining expertise in VMware, Veeam, Zerto, Fortinet, and related technologies.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; monitor performance and security; respond to incidents; participate in maintenance, upgrades, on-call rotations, and client-facing technical support while documenting configurations and collaborating with cloud, security, and support teams.

Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts while acquiring new logos through consultative selling to C-suite. Own full sales cycle, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate technical resources, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver cloud, DR, backup, migration, networking, and security solutions.
