Manage the full lifecycle of federal proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, task orders, Sources Sought notices, and sole-source submissions. Coordinate business development, technical, pricing, executive, and teaming contributors; develop compliance matrices, schedules, content plans, and submission materials; lead reviews; ensure compliance and timely delivery; identify risks; research federal opportunities; and maintain proposal resources and lessons learned.

Manage federal service contracts valued at approximately $5M–$10M, overseeing daily operations, staffing, finances, deliverables, quality assurance, reporting, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. Supervise employees, monitor budgets and profitability, support billing and invoicing, and assist with proposals, follow-on opportunities, and business development. The role works with the Prime Program Manager and requires occasional travel.

Leads OMG Federal’s revenue-producing growth and proposal engine, overseeing bid/no-bid decisions, capture strategy, proposal operations, FAR compliance, staffing, pricing, and evaluation alignment. Builds scalable proposal infrastructure, templates, content libraries, governance, automation, and AI-assisted capabilities. Integrates business development, capture, proposal, teaming, contract vehicles, and market positioning while advising executives on growth priorities and resource allocation.
