Lead payments enablement for new VendorPay customers from implementation through early adoption, reducing time to first payment and driving Virtual Card and transaction volume. Educate customers on payment workflows, troubleshoot complex scenarios, coordinate cross-functionally, monitor early activity, and create repeatable playbooks and automation to scale adoption before transitioning to Payment Operations.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent client implementations of an AI-powered AP automation platform. Design tailored project plans, manage stakeholders and timelines, coordinate cross-functional technical work, map and transform client workflows, and ensure successful product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.

Lead FP&A for a SaaS + payments business: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and unit-economics modeling. Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze ARR/MRR, churn, GPV, take rates and pricing. Build dashboards, automate reporting, reconcile GAAP to operating metrics, and deliver monthly/quarterly variance and board reporting. Manage and grow an FP&A team and optimize tools and processes to support strategic decision-making and margin improvement.

Lead and build the end-to-end AI/ML layer for accounts payable: architect production agentic systems, own model lifecycle, set roadmap and quality standards, implement evals/observability, manage and grow a distributed Data/ML team, and partner cross-functionally to deploy reliable, performant AI products.

Own and execute partnership strategy to drive pipeline and revenue: identify and negotiate strategic partner agreements, manage executive relationships, onboard and enable partners, coordinate cross-functionally, support co-selling, measure partner performance, and continuously optimize partnership programs and playbooks.

Lead client onboarding for an AI-powered AP SaaS platform: design training programs, map and transform workflows, track adoption metrics, consult on change management, and collaborate with Product to remove user friction and ensure on-time go-lives.
