Leads Oura’s Women’s Health software engineering organization, overseeing managers and technical leaders while partnering across Product, Design, Science, Clinical, Regulatory, and Data Science. Drives high-impact consumer software delivery, organizational transformation, engineering strategy, talent development, and AI-native development workflows. The role requires strong technical and product judgment across architecture, data, quality, reliability, privacy, and speed, with responsibility for building a high-performing organization and trusted health experiences.

Leads international statutory reporting, audits, local GAAP and IFRS adjustments, ESG reporting, technical accounting, foreign currency accounting, intercompany processes, internal controls, and reporting automation. Partners with global teams on entity structures, restructurings, ERP initiatives, and compliance while building the international reporting function and team.

Leads Oura’s finance transformation portfolio by prioritizing systems and process initiatives, coordinating Accounting, IT, FP&A, and external advisors, and establishing governance, dashboards, and operating metrics. Drives SOX readiness, control remediation, close acceleration, and process improvements while managing dependencies, risks, escalations, and executive reporting. Partners on NetSuite and connected finance tools, translating business needs into requirements and ensuring sustainable, measurable improvements in a rapidly growing public-company environment.
