Lead and manage the SEO Specialist team, owning intake, prioritization, pre-launch SEO, audits, pre-sales support, and delivery of SEO products. Partner cross-functionally with Web, Dev, UX, Sales, and Directors to ensure quality, capacity planning, SOPs, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and supporting hiring and professional development.

Lead paid social advertising for digital health and e-commerce clients: develop strategy and campaign plans, manage campaigns across platforms, perform audience research, optimize performance metrics, generate reports with insights, and maintain client communications while staying current on platform trends.

Lead development and execution of SEM/PPC campaigns, manage budgets and testing roadmaps, optimize ads and landing pages for CRO, analyze performance and report KPIs, present results to clients, and lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Strategists. Stay current on industry trends and search algorithm updates; occasionally travel for client meetings or conferences.
