Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees, contractors, and contingent workers from offer acceptance through Day One. Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, I-9 completion, client-specific compliance, HRIS records, onboarding sessions, equipment and system access, and milestone tracking. Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and hiring managers while maintaining confidential records, producing status reports, resolving delays, and supporting onboarding process improvements.

Leads the company’s cybersecurity and GRC functions end to end, including security strategy, identity, incident response, risk management, policy, control testing, SOC 2 examinations, third-party risk, SaaS governance, and AI tooling oversight. The role builds the security function, transitions capabilities in-house, reports risks to executives and the board, and chairs a cross-functional security steering committee.

Leads enterprise business operations with an immediate focus on revenue enablement. Connects commercial strategy, pipeline, capacity, pricing, talent, systems, data, marketing, finance, and delivery to support profitable growth. Identifies cross-functional constraints, improves business performance visibility, aligns operating companies and enterprise functions, clarifies ownership, and drives coordinated action across organizational boundaries. Requires strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, executive communication, and influence across multiple business units.

Supports executive leadership through calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, communications, confidential information handling, project tracking, documentation, event planning, and office operations. The role also prepares presentations and reports, coordinates follow-up actions, liaises with stakeholders, and supports team culture and leadership initiatives.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, investor reporting, and executive reporting across Overwatch subsidiaries. Partners with accounting and business leaders to validate financial data, respond to ad hoc requests, and communicate insights. Maintains NetSuite reporting and contributes to automation, templates, process documentation, and scalable reporting infrastructure.

Leads accounting and tax operations across a multi-entity organization, including month-end close, financial reporting, controls, audits, US GAAP compliance, tax coordination, treasury, and budgeting support. Oversees accounting technology such as NetSuite, implements automation, and builds a high-performing accounting team. Partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and external service providers to scale accurate and efficient financial processes.

Participate in cross-functional rotations, collaborate on real business initiatives, attend leadership development sessions, present to senior leaders, analyze processes for improvement, complete a capstone project, and receive mentorship and executive exposure.
