Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees, contractors, and contingent workers from offer acceptance through Day One. Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, I-9 completion, client-specific compliance, HRIS records, onboarding sessions, equipment and system access, and milestone tracking. Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and hiring managers while maintaining confidential records, producing status reports, resolving delays, and supporting onboarding process improvements.

Leads the company’s cybersecurity and GRC functions end to end, including security strategy, identity, incident response, risk management, policy, control testing, SOC 2 examinations, third-party risk, SaaS governance, and AI tooling oversight. The role builds the security function, transitions capabilities in-house, reports risks to executives and the board, and chairs a cross-functional security steering committee.

Leads enterprise business operations with an immediate focus on revenue enablement. Connects commercial strategy, pipeline, capacity, pricing, talent, systems, data, marketing, finance, and delivery to support profitable growth. Identifies cross-functional constraints, improves business performance visibility, aligns operating companies and enterprise functions, clarifies ownership, and drives coordinated action across organizational boundaries. Requires strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, executive communication, and influence across multiple business units.
