Provides administrative and office support for a sales office through detailed data entry, internal customer service, spreadsheet maintenance, document organization, delivery scheduling, invoice processing, issue escalation, and month-end closing assistance. Requires accuracy, organization, deadline management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and regular overtime during the final week of each month.
