Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Omni Commerce accounts (Walmart & Target focus), drive retention and adoption, lead executive engagements, develop scalable onboarding/playbooks, translate customer workflows into product feedback, identify expansion opportunities, and mentor peers while aligning commerce and retail media initiatives across teams.

The SVP of Product, Media will lead Pacvue's media product strategy, overseeing product direction, AI integration, and collaboration with diverse teams. This role focuses on managing customer engagement and driving business impact through media products while leading international teams and representing Pacvue in the market.

Lead and develop an account management team serving enterprise clients, drive retention, expansion, and adoption of Pacvue products. Deliver strategic consultation, data-driven recommendations, executive presentations, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional advocacy to meet multi-year revenue targets and optimize client outcomes.
