The Enterprise Monitoring Analyst monitors and triages enterprise applications and technology stacks within the VA Enterprise Command Center. Responsibilities include correlating performance data, escalating critical alerts, troubleshooting monitoring tools, refining alert thresholds, supporting incident resolution, improving knowledge articles, and collaborating with incident management, DevOps, system, application, and network administration teams. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
