The Enterprise Account Manager will build and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, ensure service delivery, and support RFPs while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead Papaya's global Client Success organization to own retention, renewals, and expansion. Build and scale multi-regional teams, set KPIs, run forecasting and renewal reviews, act as executive sponsor for escalations, and partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance. Drive upsell/cross-sell programs and embed AI-driven analytics and revenue intelligence for forecasting, health scoring, and workflow automation to improve retention and expansion across enterprise customers.

The Director of Sales will lead a sales team, drive strategic deals, and expand the company's presence with enterprise and mid-sized global firms.
