Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, engage senior HR, procurement, finance, and category stakeholders, deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals, and use AI-powered tools for research, account planning, and sales execution. Collaborate with product, operations, and service delivery teams while advising multinational clients on compliance and international workforce challenges.

Provides global employment and commercial legal counsel for the company and its clients. Responsibilities include advising on labor matters, drafting employment and commercial agreements, negotiating contracts, supporting litigation, partnering with global teams, and addressing corporate legal needs. The role also develops AI-assisted legal workflows for contract analysis, drafting, research, knowledge management, and cross-jurisdictional employment law guidance.

Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects from discovery through go-live, including configuration, data migration, testing, client communication, risk management, documentation, compliance, and handoff. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Account Management, and Customer Success teams. Build AI-powered workflows and no-code automations to improve onboarding efficiency, reporting, documentation, issue resolution, and scalability.
