Provides enterprise platform support for USAA by managing customer tickets, performing technical triage, coordinating escalations, communicating resolutions, and delivering root cause analyses. Coordinates cross-functional projects, deployments, releases, patches, and post-deployment monitoring. Builds client relationships, manages expectations, documents plans and decisions, and advocates for customer needs while balancing support, technical, and project coordination responsibilities.

Own sales strategy, revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth across large enterprise and global accounts. Develop strategic account plans, win new cybersecurity business, expand existing relationships, and close complex multimillion-dollar, multiyear opportunities. Build executive relationships, lead prospecting and negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage pipelines, and deliver value-based solutions. The role requires strong consultative selling, technical aptitude, strategic account planning, and willingness to travel 25–50%.

Lead recurring Sage Intacct implementations for acquired software companies, including solution support, project delivery, application configuration, testing, deployment, user training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance. The role also advises users on system selection and recommends additional services. Candidates need at least three years of Sage Intacct experience, accounting knowledge, familiarity with cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
