Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and leadership to drive adoption, align priorities, and connect programs to revenue outcomes.

Manage complex client compensation engagements, including benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure design, job architecture, leveling, compensation strategy, policy documentation, and communications training. Advise senior client stakeholders using compensation data and tailored recommendations. Lead cross-functional collaboration, support revenue and renewal activities, mentor teammates, and improve service delivery processes.

Owns Payscale’s website growth across SEO, AI search visibility, CRO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, AEO, landing-page performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, Webflow implementation, GA4 and GTM reporting, dashboard development, funnel analysis, and AI-assisted insights. Partners with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to improve traffic, engagement, and pipeline conversion.
