Provide temporary support preparing vacant student apartments for move-in by performing basic repairs, touch-up painting, cleaning grounds and common areas, and assisting maintenance staff. Enforce safety procedures, practice cost-saving fixes, and deliver excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and team members. Performs miscellaneous assigned tasks.

Support FP&A by budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and property-level operational reporting for student housing. Build financial models and dashboards, ensure data integrity, collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and opportunities, and support ad hoc analyses for leadership.
