Design and develop engaging online/hybrid course content using adult learning theory. Partner with subject-matter experts, map content to master outcomes, create assessments, select materials, and meet aggressive launch timelines while collaborating with editors and multimedia specialists.

Sell and manage B2B higher-education engagement accounts for CTU's Education Alliance Center. Identify and qualify corporate prospects, negotiate agreements, create client strategic plans, coordinate internal resources, drive client engagement and retention, and maintain CRM records. Requires relationship development with large enterprise clients and support for employee education programs.
