The role requires frequent face-to-face meetings, regional marketing events, collaboration with internal teams, and travel of up to 70%.

Leads registered principals overseeing brokerage, advisory, mutual fund, and variable product account-opening reviews. Ensures suitability, KYC/AML, supervisory, regulatory, and eligibility standards are consistently applied. Manages escalations, quality assurance, controls, training, metrics, audits, regulatory exams, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
