Research and identify technical candidates using sourcing tools, build diverse talent pipelines, conduct personalized outreach and initial screens, research markets and companies, test sourcing strategies, and collaborate with recruiters. The role requires strong research, communication, organization, basic understanding of technical roles, and independent remote work. It is a six-month independent contractor position with potential extension or conversion.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting searches for PCT clients, partnering with founders and senior technical leaders. Build structured interview processes, conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis, develop innovative sourcing strategies, assess senior and staff-level technical candidates, and track pipeline metrics. Manage multiple searches autonomously while collaborating with technical sourcers and using recruiting technology and AI tools to improve outcomes.

Senior individual-contributor recruiter who owns end-to-end technical searches and client relationships: strategy, sourcing, screening, closing. Partners with founders/CTOs on hiring plans and interview design, builds AI-driven sourcing and automation, runs data-informed experiments, and improves workflows to deliver high-quality senior and staff+ technical hires across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Security.
