Build relationships with investors, agents, brokers, lenders, and executives while sharing market feedback across the organization.

Leads cloud infrastructure, SRE, production operations, corporate IT, helpdesk, and bot mitigation. Owns AWS architecture, reliability, security, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, identity management, vendor relationships, budgets, and cloud costs. Builds operational standards, SLOs, automation, infrastructure roadmaps, and high-performing teams while improving customer-facing platform availability, traffic protection, employee technology support, and cybersecurity readiness.

Analyze performance marketing and subscription-funnel data, including acquisition efficiency, conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value. Build automated Domo dashboards and governed reporting pipelines from multiple data sources. Investigate data anomalies, analyze A/B tests, define KPIs, and communicate insights to executives. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, finance, agencies, and BI contractors while independently executing analytics projects and improving reporting workflows.
