Lead product strategy and roadmap for PeopleGrove's CORE platform. Define and prioritize epics and features, partner with engineering and design from discovery through delivery, build domain expertise in clinical education and accreditation, and support go-to-market readiness with customer success and marketing.

Build and run the Product Operations function: own release process and internal readiness, coordinate cross-functional GTM for releases, maintain Jira hygiene and product operating rhythms, and implement data hygiene and dashboards (Mixpanel) to track product health and delivery.
