Teams at Pep Boys

Lead and support up to ~15 service centers through Store Managers to drive sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience. Regularly visit stores to coach managers, manage P&L and labor, hire and train staff, ensure compliance and safety, resolve operational issues, and partner with corporate teams to meet KPIs and EBITDA targets.
