Lead Peraton’s Federal EHR deployment for the Armed Forces Retirement Home across Washington, DC, and Gulfport. Own program strategy, government and contractor coordination, WBS and IMS management, PWS development, contract alignment, deliverables, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria. Oversee deployment from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization while representing Peraton in government reviews. Ensure performance outcomes, regulatory requirements, and patient-care continuity across both campuses.

Leads the architecture and execution of migrating clinical, dental, pharmacy, and administrative data from more than ten legacy systems into MHS GENESIS. Responsibilities include source analysis, canonical data modeling, source-to-target mapping, ETL architecture, reconciliation, data-quality frameworks, cutover sequencing, tooling standards, team leadership, and production of migration artifacts for government review.

Own automated QA and test automation across Agile sprints, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Manage test documentation, requirements traceability, defect triage, accessibility compliance, performance testing, IV&V, release readiness, and DevSecOps quality gates. Mentor junior engineers and report quality metrics to program and Government stakeholders.
