Provide scientific leadership on modelling, dosimetry, methods, and regulatory readiness; oversee data delivery, standards, SOPs, and quality; manage and develop a global Image Analysis team; serve as primary scientific contact for sponsors and stakeholders.

Own territory and account strategy for eClinical clients, build and manage pipeline, lead proposal and bid processes, close new business, expand existing accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet revenue targets using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Lead a business analysis team to define, prioritize, and manage requirements for complex life-sciences initiatives. Drive process improvements, user-centric evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and performance management. Oversee BA methods, develop standards, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of effective solutions in clinical data management and related domains.
