Lead statewide expansion by building relationships with Texas state and local leaders, mapping agency priorities to Peregrine products, converting policy/funding/procurement opportunities into deployments and revenue, managing external partners, and coordinating cross-functional teams to accelerate contracting and adoption.

Lead development, coordination, and delivery of onsite training programs for law enforcement customers. Translate complex technical workflows into digestible training, drive user adoption and onboarding, gather and synthesize user feedback, and build strong customer relationships. Role requires frequent travel across Canada and supports product adoption and performance.
