Teams at Performance Home Medical

Serve as the on-site link between providers, patients, and PHM to promote home medical equipment and respiratory services. Build referral relationships, obtain chart documentation, educate clinicians, deliver and set up PAP equipment, follow insurance and regulatory guidelines, assist sales and customer service teams, and ensure timely patient transitions and high-quality service.

Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices and referral sources to sell home medical equipment and respiratory services. Conduct daily sales calls, in-service trainings, deliver equipment, coordinate patient care and billing documentation, implement sales plans, and serve as hospital liaison and patient advocate to drive territory growth.
