Conduct end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, including interviews, observation, concept testing, usability studies, and surveys. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Support, and leadership to prioritize research questions, interpret behavioral data, communicate findings, and influence product decisions. Build scalable research practices through participant panels, reusable evidence, self-service studies, and listening loops while coaching cross-functional partners.

Build and deploy internal AI tools, agents, integrations, and workflow automations. Develop scalable AI infrastructure, connect LLMs with enterprise systems, and establish secure, reliable production practices. Partner with teams to identify opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and optimize model performance, usage, costs, and business impact. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and create reusable frameworks that accelerate company-wide AI adoption.

Lead partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A for Phantom. Drive BD strategy across growth, monetization, and platform expansion; own revenue targets; source and execute M&A and partnership deals end-to-end; build market intelligence and an actionable pipeline of inorganic opportunities; partner cross-functionally to integrate and scale new capabilities.
