The Integration Consultant leads technical implementation and support for the IECG system, managing interfaces with RIS/HIS, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Provide first-line technical support for hospital PACS environments, troubleshooting customer issues, managing and documenting service requests, escalating complex problems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, communicate resolutions, maintain technical expertise, support installations and repairs, analyze root causes, and monitor service performance. This field-based role supports mission-critical healthcare technology customers across New England.

Provides onsite clinical education and application training for Philips Image Guided Therapy solutions across hospitals and clinics. Supports customer implementation, site readiness, clinical integration, troubleshooting, and communication with sales, service, and project teams. Requires extensive cardiovascular or interventional radiology experience, active ARRT certification, and advanced cardiovascular/interventional certification. This field role involves approximately 75% travel, frequent driving, and occasional overnight or national travel.
