The Staff Business Systems Analyst will manage Salesforce solutions and partner with stakeholders, ensuring effective integration and data flow across multiple platforms while supporting business needs and documentation efforts.

Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of Zuora billing and revenue systems; build roadmaps, integrations, and customizations; own change management, documentation, QA, and data integrity; triage incidents, mentor analysts, and support adjacent finance systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and reporting using SQL and Zuora tools.

The Internal Controls Senior Analyst will evaluate internal controls, support compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, and enhance control processes for financial accuracy.
