Oversee client portfolio events including account onboarding, terminations, in-kind transfers, and portfolio modifications. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and transition managers to execute client solutions, improve workflows, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency. Document project phases, prepare management reports, and support portfolio lifecycle decisions across investment operations.

Lead accounting design and oversight for PIMCO’s Middle-Office Transformation program. Define target-state accounting requirements, oversee workstreams, testing, issue resolution, policy decisions, reporting, readiness, and training. Serve as the investment accounting subject matter expert for complex transactions, valuation, income accruals, gain/loss, and accounting methodologies. Manage internal teams and external vendors while partnering with technology stakeholders to modernize systems, processes, controls, and decision-support capabilities.

Supports the Cyber Incident Response Team and Security Operations Center through alert triage, threat detection, incident response, phishing analysis, event monitoring, log correlation, and behavioral analysis. Uses AI-assisted tools to investigate incidents, automate repetitive tasks, document findings, and accelerate learning. Maintains runbooks, supports cybersecurity inquiries, communicates with stakeholders, and develops expertise through certifications, knowledge sharing, and post-incident reviews.
