Translate sales-organization needs into a prioritized backlog, improve adoption and efficiency, and deliver measurable user outcomes. The role requires senior product leadership, enterprise CRM expertise, financial-services experience, and the ability to modernize mature products through cross-functional influence.

Supports a field-based Account Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors. Responsibilities include market research, product and investment insights, client engagement, sales support, territory activity planning, reporting, workflow optimization, and participation in conferences and meetings. The role uses data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve client service and sales effectiveness while offering professional development toward future account management and client-facing opportunities.
